I heard about the Cablevision decisions, and read Shelly Palmer&#039;s article on Media 3.0, &lt;a href=&quot;http://advancedmediacommittee.typepad.com/emmyadvancedmedia/2007/01/over_the_top_fi.html&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;called &quot;Over the Top.&quot;&lt;/a&gt;  It looks like thing are getting rough for the cable industry.  With things like the Apple TV coming out, giving consumers a way to avoid paying for cable TV, their business may be in serious trouble.
