		<description>They are not using sign language; they are gesturing while the speak (presumably in English). The title would have been more apt (and almost as funny) as &quot;Pairs Programming and Hand Signals&quot;.

Sign languages, like ASL, are complete languages and are not extensions of gestures. To title this as &quot;Sign Language&quot; is as offensive as saying they are speaking in Italian because users of that language stereotypically gesture a lot.

While my position might seem overly sensitive, majority members cannot understand what derision or dismissal of a minority language feels like.
