The title would have been more apt (and almost as funny) as "Pairs Programming and Hand Signals". Sign languages, like ASL, are complete languages and are not extensions of gestures. To title this as "Sign Language" is as offensive as saying they are speaking in Italian because users of that language stereotypically gesture a lot. While my position might seem overly sensitive, majority members cannot understand what derision or dismissal of a minority language feels like.
