Actually, for satellite images, Yahoo has added a few extra zoom levels, and inverted the order a few months back – see http://maps.yahoo.com/#mvt=s&lat=37.779171&lon=-122.419954&zoom=21&q1=san%2520francisco%252C%2520CA
