Maybe the owner of that trailer needs a website and would like web designers to call him/her?  That would certainly explain the message being formulated as a statement (&quot;Need a website&quot;) rather than as a question (&quot;Need a website?&quot;).
Anyway, I&#039;ve seen sites designed by people who clearly had a poorer grasp of aesthetics than whoever painted that :-)</description>
