		<description>Glad you mentioned this.  Several programmers at my workplace go to the Vancouver Ruby meet ups.  I&#039;m sure they&#039;d love it if the meet ups had a vibe like the one in Toronto.  The job fair is an awesome idea too.  It&#039;s so hard to find experienced Ruby programmers!  Keep up the good work on your blog. :)</description>
