Glad you mentioned this. Several programmers at my workplace go to the Vancouver Ruby meet ups. I’m sure they’d love it if the meet ups had a vibe like the one in Toronto. The job fair is an awesome idea too. It’s so hard to find experienced Ruby programmers! Keep up the good work on your blog. :)
