		<description>1999 was almost the height of the dot-com bubble. It would be interesting to  see a comparison between 1989 and 2009; I suspect the spread across different sectors would be more similar between 1989 and 2009. Though in 1989 we also had Friday the 13th and the impending Japanese bubble-burst.  (As you observe, the 1980s all over again. Though hopefully with better hair.)</description>
