Nice office decor! “Early Cinder Block with yellow postnote” Why do I have a feeling they’ve been sealed into the basement, not to leave till they are done?

@Ian: Perhaps their office design is “bunker chic”.

They are not using sign language; they are gesturing while the speak (presumably in English). The title would have been more apt (and almost as funny) as “Pairs Programming and Hand Signals”.

Sign languages, like ASL, are complete languages and are not extensions of gestures. To title this as “Sign Language” is as offensive as saying they are speaking in Italian because users of that language stereotypically gesture a lot.

While my position might seem overly sensitive, majority members cannot understand what derision or dismissal of a minority language feels like.
