You’ve probably heard of Radiohead’s latest album, In Rainbows. They’re bypassing the record industry, and you can buy it directly from them, either as an audio CD or as downloaded MP3s. Oh, Lulz.
I saw the subject heading in my newsreader and was rather excited to see this post, because I had been somewhat annoyed that the official download did not include album art. And, oh my lord, I laughed. Literally, out loud. (Given the degradation of LOL, maybe we need the acronym LLOL — literally laugh(ing) out loud.)
