Thursday at Entrepreneur Collaborative Center at 6:00 p.m. (Tampa): One of the powerful uses in AI is the automation of regular tasks. Reading data from a database and processing actions based on it, data collection and gathering, running reports and simplifying daily tasks. Automations can include simpler tasks with tools such as Manus or ChatGPT, moving into higher level tasks with Make.com or Airtable, or more complex tasks with N8N or Mind Studio. Use of various tools requires different levels of skills and costs.

At this session, you’ll look at some sample automations and discuss use cases.

Wednesday at Tampa Hackerspace at 6:00 p.m. (Tampa): This is a hands-on, online class for anyone who is brand new to 3D printing and wants to get up and running with choosing models and getting them ready to print. We recommend that you join this class from a computer you will be using to prepare models for printing, especially if you are a member of Tampa Hackerspace and plan to use the machines at our site. This class does involve installing software on your computer and following along with the instructor; however, there is no final project, and you are free to listen and take notes instead.

This class is offered online and is open to everyone. $5 fee for non-members.

Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at Wild Rover Brewery (Tampa): It’s Lean Beer time! Lean Beer is an alternative to the early morning Lean Coffees, for folks who can’t always join at 7:30AM. Lean Beer is a great place to ask questions and share your stories of using Agile and Lean software approaches, over an adult beverage, if you choose.

They discuss any topics on Agile and Lean that are of interest to whomever is gathered. You suggest the topics, then the group prioritizes that list democratically, through a good ole’ fashion vote. Power Testmation (PT8N) is an Azure DevOps (ADO) Test Manager plugin built to cover core test management needs—now enhanced with an AI assistant named Alicia. Alicia helps teams create, execute, and improve test cases faster by generating tests from requirements and documents, analyzing existing coverage, updating tests when features change, and even running test cases through an MCP server.
