Who is this Miss Fipi Lele and WHY IS SHE SO DAMN AWESOME?

I can’t tell because the picture is a bit grainy, but I think that’s my car.
It’s definitely my tag, and it looks like a PA tag (which is where she’s registered). Plus, if you look around the tag, it looks like the Phila Flyers border I have on it. What’s confusing me is that she’s not the right color (she should be red), but I did have her resprayed a few years back, so that could be the reason.
And, yes, I am a programmer.
